Fortnite is once again teaming up with another iconic gaming franchise. This time, Epic Games has announced that five years after adding Master Chief to the game in 2020, female Spartans from the Halo universe are making their way into Fortnite.
The official Fortnite account on X teased the crossover with new key art and the caption: “Yes, we called in the specialists for this one.”
According to leaked details, the collaboration will coincide with a new in-game event called Shock ‘N Awesome, where players must work together to fight off waves of giant bugs and dangerous parasites.
The Halo x Fortnite crossover will officially launch on August 7, and fans of both franchises are eagerly anticipating the arrival of these legendary warriors on the battle island.
